There is no denying that Justin Moore is a family man, and at a recent hometown show he brought out his wife and three young daughters to thank his fans for their continuous support over the years.
During an emotional speech, the “You Look Like I Need a Drink” singer wiped away tears while speaking of his journey to Nashville.
“I moved to Nashville when I was 18 years old because my parents were awesome and supported me,” he tells the audience in a video clip captured from side-stage. “I moved there thinking that maybe one day I’ll get one song on the radio. I never had any idea that I would come back here almost a decade later of doing this. I really didn’t.”
Moore’s Arkansas hometown is home to less than 300 people. The singer says that his dream of being in music is “unfathomable,” and that “you can’t dream this big where I’m from.” But after witnessing success firsthand, he urges the crowd to chase after their dreams.
